We will attempt to recover your data from your failed hard drive. We are unable to offer this service outside of our office. All recovery’s must be done in our office due to the complex recovery process. It is important when you expect your system may have failed to get into us promptly as continually trying to access it could cause further complications or prevent us from recovering data all together.
